overall it is a great hotel and we greatly enjoyed the stay, the location was nice right next to the pub. the rooms are neat and cheap here with toaster, kettle, for example. a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge are a nice touch.

The Kooyong Hotel was deserving of a solid 4-star rating. the rooms were tidy and nicely heated, offering ample space for organizing gear from the car as well as coffee supplies and a toaster. I appreciated the presence of smoke detectors for added safety. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.
